Our prices are determined on a nightly basis depending on the stay period, weekdays/weekends, or season.
The prepayment specified in the system is collected for the reservation to be finalized. The remaining payment is paid on the date specified during the reservation or on the day of arrival. You can perform your payments securely by credit card (Virtual POS) or Wire Transfer/EFT.
The maximum guest capacity of each accommodation unit may vary. The maximum number of people is specified on the detail page of the relevant accommodation unit. Exceeding the maximum number of people is not possible due to security and business policies.

Yes. All our accommodation units have a private swimming pool, isolated from the outside, for your exclusive use. Our pools are not shared and are exclusive to you throughout your stay.

Our accommodation units are cleaned in accordance with professional cleaning standards before each guest and checked by our team.

Thanks to the wide garden area, kids playground, and shallow pool section, an environment where families can stay comfortably is offered. Children's use of the pool and open areas must be under parental supervision.
Minimum stay duration may vary according to seasonal occupancy, weekends, official holidays, and campaigns. The current minimum number of nights is displayed on the reservation screen.
You can quickly reach many touristic spots such as Sapanca Lake, Kartepe Ski Center, Maşukiye, Ormanya Natural Life Park, Glass Terrace, Kırkpınar, and hiking trails in the region.

Check-in time to our accommodation units is 14:00 at the earliest, and check-out time is 11:00 at the latest. Different check-in or check-out requests can be evaluated depending on availability.
The heated pool feature is only offered in accommodation units with this facility. The heating status and usage periods are specified on the detail page of the relevant accommodation unit.
Breakfast is not included in our stays. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own breakfast. Basic kitchen equipment is provided; food items are not.
