Our prices are determined on a nightly basis depending on the stay period, weekdays/weekends, or season.
50% of the total nightly rate for the duration of your stay is collected as a deposit via bank transfer/EFT, and the remaining amount is collected at the property. For credit card payments, the full amount is collected.
Our houses with a 2+1 and loft floor concept have a total of 3 double beds, and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, including children.
Our units are designed as 2+1 and loft (mezzanine) floors.
Each of our accommodation units has its own completely detached and secluded private pool of 4x8 meters, with a depth of 1.5m (and a 2.5x1.5m shallow pool/kids pool area). Our pools are completely private to you, not for shared use.
We accommodate small breed pets for a specific additional fee.
The cleaning of our houses is done by professional cleaning companies and meticulously inspected by our team.
Supermarkets are available 2-5 minutes away by car, and various restaurants and social areas are 7-10 minutes away from our property.

Standard security measures such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and perimeter security systems are available in all of our houses.

Yes, our property is highly suitable for families with its large green area, children's playground, shallow pool area, and child-friendly equipment.
There is a minimum stay requirement of 1 night on weekdays and 2 nights on weekends. This duration may vary during official holidays, public holidays, and special days.
