House Rules
The accommodation rules that all our guests must follow for a peaceful and comfortable stay at MoonSA Boutique Villas are stated below.
1. Check-in and Check-out Hours
Check-in time is at the earliest 14:00, and check-out time is at the latest 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests can only be provided based on availability and with the approval of the business.
2. Capacity and Guest Admission
The maximum guest capacity of the accommodation unit is stated on the page of the relevant accommodation unit. Guests other than the number of people reported in the reservation are not accepted. The business reserves the right to refuse entry to the facility for persons whose identity declaration has not been made within the scope of security and legal obligations.
3. Noise and Environmental Order
It is essential to respect neighborly relations, not to listen to loud music and not to make noise that will disturb the residents of the environment (especially after 22:00). The business reserves the right to make necessary warnings, terminate the stay, and request departure from the facility when necessary if behaviors that disturb the peace of other guests or the environment continue. Parties and collective events are strictly prohibited.
4. Smoking
Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, hookah, and similar tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the closed areas of our accommodation units. It can only be smoked in the garden and open areas.
5. Pool and Garden Use
Safe use of the pool and garden areas is the responsibility of the guests. Caution should be exercised against risks that may arise due to wet floors. Supervision of parents or legal representatives is mandatory for children's use of the pool. The business cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise from failure to follow the rules regarding the safe use of the pool, except for its own fault.
6. Damage and Loss
Damages caused by the guests to the fixtures or equipment in the accommodation unit during the stay can be requested from the guest. During the controls made at check-out, the deposit, if any, is refunded if no damage is detected.
7. Pet Policy
It is mandatory to inform the business before the reservation in accommodation units where pets are accepted. Damages that may be caused by pets are the responsibility of the guest.
8. Cleaning
Whether daily cleaning service is provided during the stay may vary depending on the scope of the reservation. In case of excessive pollution, tobacco smell, extraordinary cleaning needs caused by pets, or situations requiring special cleaning other than ordinary use at check-out, an additional cleaning fee may be requested by the business.
9. Utility Services
Electricity, internet, water, and other infrastructure services are provided by third-party service providers. The business cannot be held responsible for temporary outages occurring outside the control of the business.
10. Force Majeure
The business cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, wars, state of emergency, decisions of public authorities, and similar force majeure events beyond the reasonable control of the business.
11. Valuable and Personal Belongings
The preservation of cash, jewelry, electronic devices, and other valuable items is the responsibility of the guest. The business is not responsible for the loss or damage of these items unless it is at fault.
12. Illegal and Restricted Use
Accommodation units cannot be used for illegal activities, parties, or different purposes without the written consent of the business. Drone shooting, professional photo/video shooting, organizations, or commercial use can only be carried out with the written consent of the business.
13. Identity Declaration
It is mandatory for all guests to present their identity information during check-in and share it for necessary official notifications within the scope of relevant legislation. Accommodation may not be allowed for persons who do not present identity information.
These Accommodation Rules are an integral part of the reservation. All guests who create a reservation are deemed to have read and accepted these rules. MoonSA Boutique Villas reserves the right to make changes to these rules, provided that they comply with the applicable legislation.
