Our villa features a 3+1 layout and accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children. With three double beds, two en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living area, and modern interior design, it offers exceptional comfort for both short and long stays. The private 4x8-meter swimming pool, reserved entirely for your exclusive use, is available throughout the year. During June and August, it serves as a naturally heated summer pool, while between September and May it is heated to approximately 30–32°C, allowing guests to enjoy the pool comfortably in every season. Thanks to the fully secluded pool and garden area, you can experience a peaceful, private, and secure holiday away from outside view. One of the villa's most distinctive features is its double-sided fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, especially during autumn and winter. The private garden also features a stone barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue can be purchased from nearby suppliers for an additional fee. Our fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential kitchen utensils and cookware required for preparing meals. (Food products are not provided.) In addition, Smart TV, Netflix and YouTube support, along with unlimited high-speed fiber internet, ensure uninterrupted entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay.
