This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distant Contracts Regulation in order to inform the consumer prior to the reservation process regarding the accommodation service offered by MoonSA Turizm İnşaat Limited Şirketi.

2. Basic Characteristics of the Service

The service purchased is the short-term accommodation service offered in the selected villa or bungalow accommodation unit during reservation, between the check-in and check-out dates specified in the reservation confirmation. The features, person capacity, service scope, price information, and other details of the accommodation unit are specified on the reservation screen.

3. Service Fee and Payment Information

The total service fee is the amount shown on the reservation screen, including all taxes. The prepayment specified in the system must be completed in order for the reservation to be finalized. Payments can be made via Credit Card (Virtual POS) or Wire Transfer / EFT methods. The remaining payment is collected on the date specified during the reservation or on the check-in day.

4. Performance of the Service

The accommodation service is provided in the relevant accommodation unit between the check-in and check-out dates specified in the reservation confirmation. It is mandatory for guests to present their identity information within the scope of the legislation in force during check-in.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Exception

According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 15/1-(g) of the Distant Contracts Regulation; consumers do not have a right of withdrawal in contracts regarding accommodation services to be performed on a specific date or period. Reservation cancellation, date changes, and refund processes are only evaluated under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

In the resolution of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in charge under the provisions of the Law No. 6502 in force are authorized.

7. Personal Data Protection

Personal data shared during reservation is processed under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, in accordance with the KVKK Clarification Text and Privacy Policy.

8. Enforcement

By completing the reservation process, the المشتري declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Preliminary Information Form in electronic environment. This Preliminary Information Form enters into force at the moment it is approved electronically.
